INGREDIENTS :

• 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar

• 1 1⁄2 cups ketchup

​

• 1⁄2 tsp Danwood Liquid Smoke®

​

• 1⁄2 cup water

​

• 1⁄2 cup white vinegar

​

• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

​

• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons dry mustard or 3 tablespoons of prepared mustard

​

• 2 teaspoons paprika

​

• 2 teaspoons salt

​

• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons black pepper 2 dashes hot pepper sauce

​

• Optional: Turmeric, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

• Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whip until smooth.

​

• You can reduce the amount of sugar for a less sweet sauce.
